12 oz penne pasta
1 lb BBQ sausages
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Extra Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the BBQ sausages and cook for about 6-8 minutes, until browned. Remove from skillet and slice into bite-sized pieces.
