A hearty, flavorful meal that combines tender beef and creamy potatoes, topped with all your favorite loaded potato toppings.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds of steak (such as chuck roast or sirloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced into uniform cubes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth, preferably low-sodium
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons of flavorful steak seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare your slow cooker by greasing the insert with a bit of oil or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Add the diced steak to the slow cooker, followed by the chopped potatoes, onion, and minced garlic.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and steak seasoning. Pour this mixture over the steak and potatoes.
- Cover the slow cooker with the lid and set it to low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Once done, serve the dish hot, topped with sour cream, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions.
