Ingredients
Scale:
1 cup brewed espresso
3 tablespoons honey
1 cup milk or non-dairy milk alternative
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup heavy cream or non-dairy cream alternative
1/4 cup fresh blackberries
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Brew one cup of espresso or strong coffee using your preferred method.

Gently pour the frothed milk over the espresso mixture, stirring to combine.
In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of heavy cream, 1/4 cup of fresh blackberries, 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.
Spoon the blackberry cold foam over the salted honey latte. Garnish with fresh blackberries if desired.
