1 teaspoon onion powder

3 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or romaine)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, diced
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, form into 4 equal patties, and chill for about 30 minutes.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for 5-7 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F. Let rest.
