  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta until al dente, following package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and Italian sausage. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, blending thoroughly with the meat.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, the meat mixture, marinara sauce, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
