Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or a drizzle of olive oil.
Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels. Place them in the prepared baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper, lemon zest, and oregano over the fish.
