Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 ½ cups almond milk (or any preferred milk)
1 tablespoon maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Crushed graham crackers
Optional: whipped coconut cream or yogurt
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together the rolled oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon until well combined.
Pour in the almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
Fold in the blueberries gently.
Divide the mixture into two mason jars or airtight containers. Seal them tightly and place them in the refrigerator. Allow the oats to soak overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
