Ingredients
Scale:
1 pound ground chicken
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
Your choice of low-carb pizza toppings (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, spinach, artichokes, or even a sprinkle of feta)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Transfer the chicken mixture onto the parchment and shape it into a round or rectangular crust, about 1/4 inch thick.
Place the crust in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until it is golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the crust from the oven. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the surface. Sprinkle an additional 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and add your favorite low-carb toppings.
Return the topped pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes to allow the cheese to set slightly, then slice and serve hot!
