1 cup granulated sugar

1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, sugar, and baking powder.
Add the whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, melted butter, and eggs to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
