These savory bites combine the comforting flavors of ground beef and gooey cheese, all wrapped in a buttery biscuit. Perfect for a quick dinner, a fun appetizer, or a satisfying snack.
Ingredients
Scale:
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the cooked beef, stirring well to combine the flavors. Cook for an additional minute.
Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 3 inches in diameter.
Place about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture and 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.
Carefully fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
Arrange the sealed biscuit bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling inside.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
