1 pound ground beef
1 (30-ounce) bag frozen hashbrowns
1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the browned beef, frozen hashbrowns, cream of mushroom soup, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
